Education Sales Executive

What Youll Be Do:

• Responsible for achieving company targets in terms of revenue and student acquisition

• Support marketing activities to help reach student and revenue goals

• Maintain strong relationships with parents and develop effective sales strategies for prospective customers

• Assist teachers in the learning process when needed

• Oversee sales operations and ensure proper sales management and reporting

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in any major

• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or edutech industry

• Strong passion for sales and education

• Able to work from both conceptual and operational perspectives

• High level of enthusiasm, perseverance, and target-driven mindset

• Enjoy working in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment

• Willing to work onsite/WFO

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in tutoring centers, language courses, or educational institutions

• Familiar with data-driven sales approaches and able to understand client/student needs

• Strong presentation, product demonstration, and negotiation skills
