Electrical Section Head

General Responsibilities : 1. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set. 2. Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment. 3. Ensure calibration is on schedule. 4. Make improvements by modifying equipment / electrical machinery. 5. Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set. 6. Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented if there is a deviation. 7. Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy. 8. Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline. 9. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration. 10. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP). 11. Responsible for the development of employees in electrical section. 12. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all electrical equipment / equipment and environmental hygiene (environment) in the work location. 13. Review, evaluate and submit daily reports, weekly and monthly sections to the dept. Head. 14. Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.
