Job Descriptions

• Lead market development initiatives to broaden product reach and boost market share across key Indonesian sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor landscape—focusing on pump types relevant to local industry needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and industry influencers to support project pipelines and long-term business collaboration.
• Deliver impactful technical presentations and customized product briefings—addressing consultant inquiries and recommending tailored technical solutions that align with project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in or with consultant firms, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of pump systems and the Indonesian pump market, including key industry players and product trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and resolve technical challenges.
• Strong existing network with consultants and distributors is highly preferred.
