Exim Logistic Executive

• Import Handling and Documentation (BL, Packing List, Invoice, COO, Quarantine, Etc)
• Handling Government Permit and License (BPOM, Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup etc)
• Handling Export Documentation (BL, Packing List, Invoice, COA, COO, Phytosanitary Cert. etc)
• Handling Customs issue related to export & import.
• Monitoring of import shipment and coordinate with warehouse team for receiving the goods intime.
• Monitoring for export shipment and coordinate with warehouse team for stuffing the goods intime.
• Follow up billing vendor and submit them on time to finance dept.
• Handling CEISA 4.0 for PIB processing
• Coordinate with Insurance Company to cover the goods with insurance.
• Liase with Acc & Fin Department in Preparing payment of PIB and Taking the Document from the bank if using D/P, D/A, L/C, etc.
• Arrange Payment Requisition for invoice from vendors (Freight Forwarders, PLB & General Warehouse)
• Oversee Logistic activity (inbound, storage, outbound) and ensure efficiency, cost control, and resolve any logistics issue.
• Monitoring inventory details and physical stock are in accordance to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Make sure logistic activity in standardization in compliance with warehousing regulations.

• Bachelors degree in Logistics/Business Administration/Management Business (or other relevant field)
• Experience Min.5 years in the same position
• Knowledge of exports Import, import customs regulations, finance and business law
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
• Experience in handling Warehouse/PLB (Inbound, Outbond, Storage)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Experience in Managing warehouse
• Familiar with handling of related safety in warehouse
• Have PPJK Certificate is an advantage
• Willing to travel out of office
• The ability to work well in a team
