Front Office Coordinator

Qualification:

  • Female, max. 30 .
  • Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or other related fields.
  • Min. 2 years of work experience in the same position or in the service industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Posses good managerial and organizational abilities.
  • Team-player with a cooperative attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace usage
  • Maintain neat and professional appearance.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and easy to socialize.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Well-groomed and maintain a presentable, professional appearance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate receptionist activities and guest services.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Office Boys.
  • Record and manage the circulation of correspondence (mailing room).
  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure optimal service.
  • Prepare daily reports on front office activities.
