Export Import Supervisor

About the role

As an Export Import Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the companys international trade operations. In this full-time position based in South Cikarang West Java, you will be responsible for coordinating the seamless flow of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and optimising the efficiency of the companys import and export processes.

What youll be doing

• Ensure proper application of Incoterms such as Ex-Works (EXW), Free on Board (FOB), Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), Cost and Freight (CFR), and Free Carrier (FCA).

• Coordinate sales contracts and sales orders to ensure all shipments align with client agreements.

• Arrange and track international shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.

• Prepare and verify all export-import documentation including invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, COO, and other relevant documents.

• Monitor shipping costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve logistics efficiency.

What were looking for

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in export-import.

• Familiar with handling contracts and sales order processes.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Experienced in dealing with international freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
