QC Microbiology Staff

1. Conduct sampling and microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products including stem cell-based and cosmetic products

2. Perform stability tests for finished products

3. Record and report results including Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

4. Support documentation and technical preparations for lab operations, tech transfers, and method development

5. Follow SOPs, GLP, and GMP to ensure compliance and data integrity

6. Assist in equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance

7. Report any deviations or out-of-specification results

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: production, QA, and regulatory affairs

9. Prepare test materials such as reagents and culture media

10. Monitor inventory of testing reagents and consumables, reporting stock status

11. Participate in training and development related to QC skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field

• Fresh graduates with relevant research experience are welcome; preferably min. 1 year experience in QC or lab work

• Experience with lab instruments (e.g., flow cytometer, PCR, ELISA reader)

• Familiarity with microbiological testing (e.g., sterility, microbial limits, specific microbes)

• Basic aseptic technique and willingness to work in a cleanroom

• Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written & verbal)

• Familiar with computerized systems

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year QC/lab experience in a pharmaceutical setting
