Internal Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement a risk-based annual audit plan.

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across business units.

• Prepare audit reports and provide practical, actionable recommendations.

• Coordinate with management to follow up on audit findings.

• Provide strategic insights on risk management and process efficiency.

• Ensure all audit activities comply with professional internal auditing standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. or professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) are a plus

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, regulations, and corporate governance principles.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
