Senior Short Video Operation (Bekasi)

Team Management

• Support day-to-day management of the short video team (shooting, editing, directing).

• Coordinate team tasks and ensure video production runs smoothly.

• Create and manage weekly and daily content schedules, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Help build and improve standard processes to boost team efficiency.

Content Planning & Execution

• Plan content for sales videos, including writing scripts, designing scenes, and highlighting product features.

• Guide the team during shoots and be able to shoot independently when needed.

• Skilled in lighting, camera work, and scene setup.

• Edit videos independently and help the team improve editing quality.

Business Goals & Analysis

• Align video content with company business goals and track video performance (views, CTR, GMV, etc.).

• Review video data weekly to optimize content strategies.

• Work closely with the operations and e-commerce teams to boost sales through content.

Team Development

• Help grow team members skills in content planning, shooting, and editing.

• Organize internal sharing sessions to improve team creativity and performance.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in short video content creation; team management experience is a plus.

• Deep understanding of TikTok sales video strategies; proven success in video sales is preferred.

• Able to handle full content creation process (script, shoot, edit).

• Skilled in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

• Good knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.

• Strong coordination and leadership skills to guide the team toward targets.

• Excellent communication, strong execution, and can perform under pressure.
