About the role

As the Factory Department Head at Coffee Business - PT Sumber Energi Pangan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the companys coffee production facility. This full-time, on-site position in Legok Banten is integral to ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process and meeting the companys strategic goals.

What youll be doing

• Manage the overall operations of the coffee production facility, including sourcing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating the work of production teams

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high product quality

• Analyse production data and provide regular reports to management on key performance metrics

• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and production workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture

• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and marketing, to optimise the overall business process

• Proven experience as a manufacturing or production supervisor or manager, preferably in the food and beverage industry

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and empowering employees

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

• Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field, such as industrial engineering or operations management
