Fashion Designer Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Fashion Design Manager to create innovative collections aligned with the brands identity and seasonal themes.
• Develop design concepts through sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and concept presentations.
• Review and approve tech packs, ensuring clarity for sample development and production teams.
• Support in sourcing materials, trims, and fabrics, maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Oversee the fitting and evaluation of prototypes, providing actionable feedback to refine designs.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure that design milestones are met from concept through to final production.
• Maintain organized design files, archive collections, and update revisions systematically.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution across department

Requirements : 

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within the modest fashion industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO3D or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties (knowldge of Indonesian textiles is a plus)
• Proven ability to design cohesive collections that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail, color, and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of industry trends, particularly in the modest fashion sector.
• Fluency in English is preferred
