HR Generalist Supervisor

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist Supervisor to join the HR team at PT Lotte Indonesia. As an HR Generalist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR functions and providing strategic guidance to the business. Based in our South Jakarta office, this full-time role will see you playing a key part in shaping the employee experience and driving the HR agenda forward.

What youll be doing

1. Oversee the delivery of generalist HR services including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and learning & development

2. Provide HR advisory support and counsel to managers on a wide range of employee-related matters

3. Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and compliance standards

4. Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Generalists to build capability and drive continuous improvement

5. Partner with the business to understand their people challenges and design tailored HR solutions

6. Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives

7. Ensuring end-to-end payroll process and tax calculation every month for all level.

8. Coordinating with tax consultant regarding reporting PPh21 and expart tax income.

What were looking for

1. 3+ years experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

2. Strong understanding of recruitment process

3. Strong understanding of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices

4. Strong understanding of income tax (local and expart).

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

6. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams

7. Willing to join immediately
