Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager (Jepara Based)

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Overseeing the companys financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. 

• Accounting: Managing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting according to accounting standards. 

• Tax: Handling all tax-related matters, including tax preparation, filing, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. 

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

• Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. 

• Team Leadership: In some roles, particularly at a managerial level, this involves leading and developing a team of finance professionals. 

• Strategic Planning: Providing financial insights and strategies to support business growth and long-term sustainability. 

Specific Tasks Include:

• Preparing and submitting tax returns (monthly and annual).

• Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies.

• Managing cash flow and ensuring timely payments.

• Coordinating with auditors and tax authorities.

• Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities.

• Maintaining financial records and documentation.

• Utilizing accounting software and ERP systems.

• Analyzing financial data and providing reports to management.

• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

• Collaborating with other departments on financial matters. 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• Experience in finance, accounting, and tax, typically ranging from 5 to 8 years depending on the role. 

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. 

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Leadership skills (especially for managerial roles). 

• For tax-specific roles, a Brevet A&B certificate (in Indonesia) may be required.
