Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - Head Office

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare various financial reports, including budgets, financial statements, performance reports.

2. Manage and analyze cashflow and budgets.

3. Assist department head in reviewing financial and accounting matters.

4. Monitoring account receivable/account payable (AR/AP) aging and collection ratios.

5. Coordinate with the team on all finance and accounting activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.

3. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.

4. Experience in monitoring AR/AP and managing collection ratios.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software or ERP systems.

6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

7. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
