Subcontractor Officer

The Subcontractor Officer creates value through maintaining the strong relationships with subcontractor companies and managing manpower from subcontractor companies to deliver best quality to the customers.

Key responsibilities:

·Primary representative of the NI/MOD Fulfillment Department to make sure all projects get the right required subcontractor manpower as per project schedule and forecast.

·Maintain strong relationships with subcontractor companies as a business partner to ensure a steady supply of qualified manpower.

·Identify and engage with subcontractor companies to source the required manpower for various projects and ensure subcontractor capacity planning align with project planning.

·Organize regular meetings with subcontractor company to get them align with companys need and get their feedback.

·Manage required training plan for subcontractor fitter to align with business requirement.

·Monitor the performance of subcontractor personnel and overall subcontractor company, ensuring they meet the companys quality and productivity standards.

·Ensure all subcontractor personnel comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

·Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise with subcontractor companies or personnel (invite related department if required).

·Provide regular reports on subcontractor performance, manpower utilization, and any issues or improvements needed.

·Ensure the manpower and company data in all databases are aligned and updated regularly.

Key criteria:

•Desired experience in in construction or technical field, industry experience is a benefit.

•Desired Project Management, Problem solving, Leadership.

•Desired completed university education in Engineering
