Based in our Jakarta office, we are looking for a suitable candidate for:

FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST (Supervisor level)

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support the Finance & Administration Manager by providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis. You will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning to help the business achieve its performance targets.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Reporting: Prepare End of Month (EOM) reports and financial performance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Forecasting: Lead monthly flash reporting and rolling forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Coordinate data input into Oracle EPM.
• Balance Sheet Review: Prepare bi-annual BSR analysis package.
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Develop IBP presentation decks and Risk & Opportunity Logs, working closely with Sales, Product, and SCM teams.
• Budgeting: Coordinate annual budgeting processes, including 5-year Capex, Opex, depreciation, and multi-year financial statement submissions.
• Accrual, capex realization, & Depreciation Management: Collaborate with Accounting on monthly accruals and rolling forecast depreciation schedule updates.
• Financial Modelling & Ad-hoc Analysis: Support financial feasibility studies, KPI reviews (EBITDA, NWC, ROA), and regional data requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Specifically minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Solid understanding of financial statements with unique blend as a user and preparer, and business performance drivers
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM or similar forecasting/reporting systems
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail is a must
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
