FLOOR STAFF (FULL TIME) - TEKIRA (JAKARTA)

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and dining area

• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

• Handle customer requests or complaints politely and efficiently

• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and fellow floor staff to ensure smooth operations

• Proactively approach customers when their table is empty to ask if they would like to place additional orders

• Offer and inform customers about ongoing promotions or special menu items

1. Minimum education: High school or vocational school (SMA/SMK)

2. Communicative and quick to respond

3. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
