Opportunity:

Were looking for a master of Manual QA — someone who lives and breathes testing, can spot inconsistencies in their sleep, and has an eagle eye for detail. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our mobile and web applications are bulletproof, with zero tolerance for bugs making it to production.

Automation, security testing, and related skills are appreciated — but manual precision is your superpower.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

Manual Testing (Core Focus):

• Design and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases — covering edge cases others wouldnt even think of
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and context
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UAT testing across mobile (iOS, Android) and web platforms
• Work closely with product, dev, and design to ensure every flow and feature works as intended
• Proactively review staging and production for issues that may slip through unnoticed
• Test across locales (English, Bahasa Indonesia) ensuring a consistent and correct experience

Process & Tools:

• Own the QA process end to end — improve workflows, QA documentation, bug tracking, and test coverage
• Work with tools like Jira, TestRail, or equivalent to manage and document QA processes

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure features and user experiences align with specifications.
• Participate in development sprint planning, providing QA insights and estimates.

Quality Assurance Processes:

• Develop testing strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing automated tests (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
• Familiarity with security testing or identifying vulnerabilities
• API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years of QA experience (manual focus)
• Detail-obsessed — you dont let anything slide
• A mindset of owning quality, not just checking boxes
• Excellent communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
• Familiarity with mobile and web testing environments
• Strong collaboration and feedback skills
