GA Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced GA (General Affairs) Manager to join our rapidly growing manufacturing company, PT. Combine Will Industrial Indonesia, based in Sragen, Central Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day general affairs operations, ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing facility. What youll be doing

• Manage and oversee all general affairs operations, including facilities management, office administration, and employee support services

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity across the general affairs department

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the general affairs team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational issues or concerns

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the department is meeting its objectives

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimise general affairs operations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar general affairs or facilities management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Can speak Mandarin, is preferred

• Strong understanding of general affairs operations, including facilities management, office administration, and employee support services

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders

• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing high-quality service

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as facility management systems and reporting tools
