General Affairs & Procurement

Position Overview

We are looking for a General Affairs & Procurement Officer to support the operational backbone of our fast-growing fintech company with diverse business units. This role requires a highly proactive and meticulous individual with hands-on experience in handling end-to-end general affairs and procurement processes across multi-functional business environments.

As a member of the Corporate Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of goods, services, and support infrastructure across multiple departments, from digital operations to offline logistics.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in GA and Procurement roles, preferably in a tech-driven or fintech company with multi-entity operations.

  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, negotiation techniques, GA operations, and cost efficiency principles.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy in documentation and compliance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate effectively across departments and vendor partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

 Procurement Operations (End-to-End)

  • Execute the whole procurement cycle: from sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, PO issuance, delivery coordination, to post-delivery reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, marketing, finance, risk, etc.) to fulfil operational and project-based procurement needs across different business units.

  • Manage and develop a pool of reliable vendors/suppliers to support fintech-specific needs (e.g., IT hardware, SaaS licenses, marketing materials, agency services).

  • Monitor procurement timelines, budget alignment, and ensure strict compliance with internal SOPs and audit standards.

  • Track purchase requisitions, contracts, and invoices with accurate documentation and reporting.

 General Affairs (GA)

  • Support daily office operations: maintenance, cleanliness, utility management, security, and physical asset tracking across multiple business units or branches.

  • Handle procurement and inventory of office essentials, fixed assets, and employee-related logistics (ID cards, uniforms, working tools).

  • Liaise with building management, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and timely resolution of facility issues.

  • Assist in workspace planning, seating arrangements, office relocations, or renovations to accommodate growing teams or business expansion.

  • Ensure timely and well-organized support for company-wide events, meetings, travel logistics, and vendor onboarding documentation.
