Graphic Design

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for various projects, including large format printing materials such as banners, billboards, posters, signage, and/or online social media posts & requirements

  • Skillfully incorporate layout design principles, Paying close attention to detail in all aspects of design, including color accuracy, image selection, typography, and overall aesthetics to create visually appealing and effective designs for both print and digital mediums.

  • Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off for online/offline submission

  • Study design briefs, determine requirements, schedule projects to meet deadlines

  • Developing campaigns with cohesive branding that reflects the companys personality

  • Designing custom art, layouts, brand campaigns, point-of-sale materials for use in advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, magazines, business cards, websites and even shops and events

  • Designing for digital presentations

  • Creating custom logos or brand marks

  • Creating graphics for product usage where necessary

  • Editing and preparing files for printing (for example, preparing files for an offset printer)

  • Photo-shooting products and responsible for taking clear and dynamic photos.

  • Duties of photography include setting up backdrops, lighting and equipment, shooting to capture the perfect image and editing the photos to remove blemishes and correct lighting issues.

  • Work closely with department head, design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines. 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe softwares; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other visual design to create high-quality graphics and layouts for both print and digital media.

  • BS/MS in Interactive Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related

  • Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

  • Have knowledge of printing processes and specifications for large format printing, including color profiles, resolution requirements, and file formats suitable for printing.

  • Preferably with experience or understanding of sports marketing principles, including knowledge of sports branding, fan engagement strategies, and the ability to create designs that resonate with sports audiences

  • Previous work on promotional materials for sports events such as tournaments, games or competitions, including designing banners, signage, advertisements, and social media graphics specific to sporting events.
