Summary

As a Front Desk Agent Team Leader, you will oversee the Front Desk team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibility to providing guidance and support to team members while managing daily activities. In addition to warmly welcoming guests and assisting them with their inquiries, you will also be responsible for training new staff, handling escalations, and implementing best practices to enhance the guest experience. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence within the Front Office team.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

1. Previous experience in Lifestyle Hotels.

2. Display confidence, strong decision making and training skills

3. Strong leadership quality, efficient time scheduling

4. Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Computer Literacy in Opera Fidelio, Microsoft Office

6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
