About the role

As the Head of Human Resources at PT RKN, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and execution of the companys people agenda. This full-time position is based in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya, and will see you leading a team of HR professionals to support the overall growth and success of the organisation.

What youll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the companys overall business objectives

  2. Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent

  3. Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management

  4. Designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages

  5. Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction

  6. Ensuring the companys compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges

  8. Providing strategic HR insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team

What were looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the Consultancy & General HR industry

  2. Extensive knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies

  3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

  5. Experience in change management and driving organisational transformation

  6. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR information systems

  7. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  8. English is a must

  9. Will be leading health and safety, compliance, IT, HR and GA
