Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive awareness and sales of home appliance products.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, pricing strategies, and consumer insights.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market-fit features and positioning.

  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, including launch timelines, marketing assets, and in-store activation.

  • Coordinate with sales and retail partners to create trade marketing materials and ensure product visibility in retail and online channels.

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns across social media, e-commerce platforms, and other digital touchpoints.

  • Analyze campaign performance and sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, operations, design) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate with retail partners and distributors for in-store promotional activities.

  • Ensure product information across all channels is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or FMCG.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Experience with market research and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools like CRM, CMS, and digital analytics is a plus.
