New Store Opening Specialist - MANDARIN SPEAKER

Job Requirement NSO Specialist:

1. Fluent in both Chinese and Indonesian, with excellent Chinese-Indonesian interpretation and translation skills

2. Bachelor degree or above, regardless of major, with cross-departmental communication experience preferred

3. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), able to efficiently handle documents, tables, and process files

4. Have a good customer service awareness, can adapt to fast-paced, cross-regional project work

5. Able to accept short-term business trip arrangements, with strong on-site coordination skills

6. Those with experience in the F&B Industry, chain stores, project management or training are preferred

Job Descriptions NSO Specialist:

1. Assist the person in charge of the store preparation department to continuously optimize the procedures and standards for store opening and closing

2. Assist in tracking problems that arise during store opening and closing, support store opening teachers to coordinate and handle them, and report unresolved issues to the person in charge in a timely manner

3. Responsible for customer service support for franchisees, including communication, interviews and problem records during the opening/closing phase

4. Responsible for administrative support work such as organizing materials required for store opening, NSO import, form updates, etc.

5. Assist the person in charge of store preparation to complete daily oral and written translation work in Indonesian

6. Participate in temporary project coordination and meeting arrangements to adapt to short-term business trips

7. Other related matters assigned by the department head
