Job Description

Operation and Management of Production Equipment

Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment in Indonesian oil and gas fields. Develop a comprehensive equipment maintenance plan and regularly check the operating conditions of key equipment such as oil production equipment, gas production equipment, gathering and transportation pipelines, and processing equipment. When equipment fails, respond quickly, diagnose the fault with rich experience and professional skills, organize the maintenance team to develop maintenance plans and implement maintenance, ensure that the equipment resumes normal operation as soon as possible, and minimize the impact on oil and gas production. At the same time, establish a complete equipment archive to record the purchase, installation, maintenance, repair, scrapping and other life cycle information of the equipment, and provide data basis for equipment management and updating.

Introduction and application promotion of new technologies

Pay close attention to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the field of global oil and gas development, and select new technologies, new processes, and new equipment suitable for introduction in combination with the actual characteristics and needs of Indonesian oil and gas fields. Organize and carry out the testing and evaluation of new technologies, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the adaptability, feasibility and economic benefits of new technologies in Indonesia.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, oil and gas field development engineering, offshore oil and gas engineering, geological engineering, etc. from a Public University (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.).

2. More than 5 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry, participated in a complete oil and gas field development project, from the early exploration to the development and production process, familiar with the technical points and management processes of each link of oil and gas field development, able to independently solve complex technical problems arising in the oil and gas development process, and familiar with the local oil and gas industry standards and specifications in Indonesia will have a greater competitive advantage.

3. Proficient in English (oral and written) and excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in Indonesian.

4. Willing to travel domestically or internationally.

5. Master the operation of commonly used software for oil and gas field development, such as Petrel, Eclipse, etc.

6. Proficient in Microsoft (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
