Admin Project & Tender - Railway Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Project & Tender - Railway Industry to join our dynamic team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki. In this full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a vital part in managing the Project administrative and end to end tendering processes for our Railway projects.

What youll be doing

• Manage to get informations on Projects/ Tenders in Railway Industry

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document management, scheduling, and coordination

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and other bid documentation

• Maintain detailed records and databases to track project progress and key milestones

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management systems and processes

• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the project management function

What were looking for

• Bachelor Degree from a reputable National University

• Minimum of 5 years working experiences and exposures as Project Administrative in Railway Industry/Business

• Able to speak English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or project support role, preferably within the Railway industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficient in the use of project management and office productivity software

• A detail-oriented approach and a keen eye for accuracy

• A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
