O2O (Offline and Online) Promotion Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for create standard and development of Online and Offline Promotion marketing strategy for all projects in all area Retail Dept and also coordinate and pull through with multiple parties in order to overwatch the program to achieve expected results.
  2. Responsible for the operation and management of social platform, including but not limited to content and event planning, KOL cooperation, creative production, advertisement placement, online and offline user communication, etc., through the social media platform and offline activity, to continuously improve the brands online activation, awareness and consistent brand messaging across all platform.
  3. Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience both offline and online promotion.
  4. Create and maintain timeline calendar to deliver targeted promotion per area.
  5. Plan and manage promotional budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for both online and offline promotional stays within budget and optimize resources to maximize results.
  6. Monitoring online and offline promotional also give report for progress and achievement of target sell out product.
  7. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inform future promotion plans.
  8. Coordinate with area to execute plans according to online and offline promotional agenda.
  9. Ensure that all online and offline promotional materials align with the companys brand identity and messaging, maintaining a consistent tone, look, and feel across all channels.
  10. Engage with local communities, clubs, or organizations to build brand presence and loyalty through online and offline events, sponsorships, and collaborations.

Recruitment Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years have experience in brand activation, promotion, event organization or similar, preferably in a retail, automotive or gadget.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  3. Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
  4. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices of content production and creative ability, able to cooperate with platforms, external vendors, KOL and content production team to produce quality content to enhance brand attention and social media interaction efficiency.
  5. Proficiency in photo and video editing software is plus point.
  6. Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  7. Excellent resource coordination and project management skills, able to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to achieve communication goals.
  8. Able to work in English as the main communication language, with a certain degree of Mandarin communication ability is preferred.
