IT Security Officer

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: • Develop, review, and communicate IT Security Policies to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.• Implement IT Risk Management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks.• Conduct IT Security training sessions and awareness programs to promote a culture of security across the organization.• Support the implementation and maintenance of information security programs in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.• Review and monitor compliance with IT Security Policies, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.• Evaluate and identify areas for improvement within the IT security framework to enhance the organizations security posture.

• Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:• Education: Bachelors degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Security or related roles.• Basic understanding of ISO 27001 standards and compliance audit processes.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Willing to work on-site in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
