Media Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Media Supervisor to lead our media planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indonesian media landscape, both traditional and digital, and a proven track record of optimizing media spend for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies and plans aligned with marketing objectives and budget.

2. Oversee the planning, buying, and execution of all media campaigns across various channels (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Digital, Social Media, etc.).

3. Analyze media performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

4. Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms and effective collaboration.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor media activities, and emerging media platforms to identify new opportunities.

6. Ensure all media activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies in Indonesia.

7. Manage media budgets effectively, tracking expenditure and ensuring ROI.

8. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Qualification :

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the FMCG/Automotive or a related industry in Indonesia.

3. Proven experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable results.

4. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels and their effectiveness in reaching target audiences in Indonesia.

5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

6. Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.

7. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

9. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken)
