Partnerships and Leasing Executive

EAT PIZZA is the original and largest 25cm premium pizza brand from South Korea. With over 100 outlets worldwide, we are now expanding rapidly in Jakarta, Indonesia — and we are looking for passionate talent to join our team.

As our Partnerships and Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the brands national expansion through two core missions: securing strong partners and acquiring strategic new store locations. You will work independently to identify high-potential partners and negotiate shop spaces, ensuring each outlet supports our growth and brand identity.

This role comes with a base salary and an attractive performance-based incentive package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a national partnership strategy starting with Jakarta, as well as identifying and securing qualified partners.

• Actively source, assess, and recommend high-potential locations for new store development.

• Lead negotiations for lease agreements with landlords and property managers to secure commercially viable sites.

• Manage the end-to-end partnership and site onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams (renovations, operations, marketing etc).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and landlords to ensure long-term success and alignment with brand standards.

• Monitor the performance of new stores, providing insights and regular reporting on sales, site effectiveness, and partner satisfaction.

• Other tasks related to the smooth operations of the partnerships and leasing department (if any).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in kemitraan development, site acquisition, or leasing, ideally within the F&B, retail, or quick-service sectors.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify commercial opportunities in real estate and partnerships recruitment.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Independent, target-driven, and highly motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

• English speaking is a must, candidates are required to be minimally conversational in English.
