Sales Manager (Maklon Kosmetik) PIK

Sales Manager at Maklon Cosmetic Factory is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and expand the companys market share in the cosmetics industry. This role leads the sales team, oversees key account management, builds strong customer relationships, and collaborates cross-functionally with marketing and production departments.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales leadership, preferably within the beauty, cosmetic, or FMCG sectors, and demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to drive team performance and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet short- and long-term sales targets.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, including supervisors and field representatives.

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to optimize productivity.

  • Manage key customer relationships and negotiate high-level agreements.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales planning.

  • Coordinate with marketing to align product launches and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor and report sales KPIs, revenue forecasting, and pipeline performance.

  • Set pricing strategies and ensure margin targets are met.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all channels.

  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and participate in trade events when required.

  • Support the development of new sales channels or regional expansions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters Degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Background in the cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficient in sales reporting tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

  • Willing to travel domestically for business needs.

  • High integrity, results-oriented, and a strong sense of ownership.
