Admin AR

Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts receivable on a regular basis.

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Perform account reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of AR-related financial reports.

  • Input and maintain financial data using ERP systems.

  • Generate weekly and monthly AR reports for internal use.

  • Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to ensure smooth cash flow.

  • Organize and file financial and administrative documents properly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or finance-related roles.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (required).

  • Domiciled in North Jakarta (preferred).

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and organized.

  • Good communication and follow-up skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic finance tools.

  • University students with flexible class schedules is open to apply
