Organizational Development (OD)
Requirements:
-Min 5 years experience in organisational development, training, or change management roles
-Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Organisational Psychology (I/O), Human Resources, or Business Administration
-Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in organisational performance and employee engagement
-Excellent coaching, and consultative skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
-Solid understanding of organisational behaviour, change management principles, and HR best practices
-Effective project management and problem-solving skills to deliver high-impact OD solutions
Job Desk:
-Develop and implement comprehensive organisational development strategies and programmes to enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organisational effectiveness
-Lead the design and delivery of tailored training and development initiatives to build the capabilities of the workforce
-Facilitate organisational change management efforts, supporting and guiding teams through periods of transition
-Analyse organisational data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions
-Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align OD initiatives with the companys strategic objectives
-Manage and mentor a team of OD professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
-Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organisational development to continuously enhance the companys OD capabilities
