Head of Sales
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales plans and strategies
Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
Represent the company in high-level meetings and industry events
Ensuring sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Masters is a plus)
Minimum 12 years of proven sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its challenges, trends, and regulatory environment
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proficiency in data analysis and using sales automation tools to drive performance and insights
