• Lead the Talent Acquisition Process - Drive the recruitment of top talent that aligns with our companys needs and culture, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive Performance Reviews - Oversee a comprehensive performance review process that supports continuous employee growth and development.
• Optimize Talent Operations - Manage and improve HR processes to streamline talent operations and workforce management.
• Enhance Employee Retention - Design and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, reducing turnover.

• Talent Acquisition Expertise - In-depth knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and a proven track record in recruiting top talent.
• Project Management - Experience managing recruitment timelines, budgets, and KPIs to deliver results.
• Performance Management Systems - Expertise in designing and managing performance review processes that align with company goals.
• Process Standardization - Experience in creating and enforcing standardized procedures for HR functions.
