- Bachelor�s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in knitting.
- Solid understanding of knitting techniques, yarn specifications, circular and flat knitting machines, and finishing processes. - Familiarity with lab data interpretation and fabric technical specifications. - Experience dealing with buyers or sales/marketing teams is a plus. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Placement at Bandung.
