Health Foreman

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or any relevan major

2. Experience as a Paramedic in the Mining industry will be a plus

3. Have an active Registration Certificate (STR)

4. Have a First Aid certification is preferred

5. Able to operate occupational health and safety equipment

6. Able to manage a team, analyze employee health problems, and resolve health problems in the field

7. Thorough in conducting examinations and inspections & firm in implementing K3 principles in the field

8. Proficient in using Ms. office

Main Responsibility:

1. Assist in carrying out HSE functions

2. Create programs & budget plans related to efforts to manage & monitor the health environment in the company

3. Create & review the Environmental Management System, SOP, Work Instructions, Safety Analysis, and administrative documents needed in the implementation of work environment management

4. Compile supporting data needed in daily, monthly, quarterly, & annual reports related to hygiene & sanitation

5. Responsible to the KTT for the safety and health of all mine workers in the Companys work environment

6. Monitor periodic checks on workers, work tools, worker health and the work environment

7. Conduct disease control in employees and investigate the causes

8. Conduct inspections, routine checks, & testing on certain conditions
