Job Description:

  • Overseeing, managing, and leading hospital operations to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Managing and supervising hospital operations to deliver high-quality services

  • Leading operational units at the hospital to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards

  • Responsible for planning, staff development, and cross-functional coordination

  • Developing work plans, staff mentoring, and collaboration with other units

  • Creating work plans, staff development, and coordinating with other departments and leadership

Qualification:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience

  • Certified in BTCLS, ACLS, ICU, and Nursing Management, with a valid nursing license (STR)
