Workshop Truk Manager

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.

• At least 3-5 years of work experience in heavy vehicle maintenance (trucks, trailers, etc.), preferably as a Workshop Manager or Head, ideally in the transportation and logistics industry.

• Capable of leading and managing a team of mechanics, including conducting training sessions and regular performance evaluations.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills.

• Excellent communication and analytical thinking abilities.

• Skilled in cost analysis and driving operational efficiency in the workshop.

• Detail-oriented, assertive, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic work environment.

• Able to plan and schedule routine maintenance and vehicle repairs effectively.

• Experienced in budgeting, spare parts usage efficiency, and controlling operational workshop costs.

• Capable of managing spare parts inventory, handling procurement requests, and coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiar with preparing regular reports such as vehicle downtime, spare part usage, and overall workshop performance.

• Proficient in using fleet or workshop management software (Fleet Management System).

• Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.

• Ready to join immediately (ASAP).
