Hospitality Staff (English Speaker)

Location : UAE Mission to ASEAN, Jakarta

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Specialist. This role blends customer-facing service with hands-on support, including guest greetings, beverage preparation, and cleanliness. Ideal for candidates with experience in barista service, hospitality environments, and facility upkeep.

What youll be doing & Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve visitors, and guests in a courteous, warm and professional manner during official meetings and visits.

• Prepare and serve refreshments, beverages, and meals to high standards.

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms, reception areas, and pantry before and after events.

• Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hospitality supplies, beverage and assist in restocking when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Indonesian ability to communicate effectively is mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role or in similar role is preferred

• A professional appearance, demeanor, courteous and friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality, hotel services, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality services or as a barista.
