Product Analyst Intern

About The Role: 

Play a key role in supporting product growth through data and benchmark. This role is designed for final-year students or fresh graduates who are passionate about product, curious about user behavior, especially developer, and eager to work with data to drive business impact. You will collect, analyze, and present product performance data to generate actionable insights across DOKUs products.

What Will You Do: 

1. Data-Driven Growth Support

• Collect and organize product growth data across campaigns, funnels, and user journeys.

• Maintain and improve product documentation for users.

• Translate findings into reports and dashboards that are easy to consume by 

  cross-functional stakeholders.

• Help drive product and marketing decisions based on insights you uncover

2. Business & Stakeholder Alignment

• Work with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to understand key goals and metrics

• Share insights and recommendations via reports or async updates to support decision-making across teams.

What we are looking for: 

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in digital products, startup growth, and user behavior analysis.
• Comfortable working with both numbers and narratives

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Customer Data Platform, Figma, Documentation tools, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Familiarity with API and Development Process

Soft Skill Requirements:

• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn fast in a fast-moving environment.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with different functions
