Overview:

PT Delta Alpha Kapital (DEAL KAPITAL) is a financial advisory company engaged in merger & acquisition, restructuring & turnaround management and capital raising. DEAL KAPITAL is established in 2021 and has number of ongoing projects. We are looking for candidates with financial advisory experience. Our office is based in Jakarta. (www.dealkapital.com)

As an intern at the firm, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the core team with M&A projects, IPO preparations, debt restructuring cases, and other corporate finance advisory assignments

• Conducting research and analysis on economic trends, industry developments, and recent deal transactions

The objectives of this internship program are to provide you with hands-on experience in real corporate finance projects and to offer the opportunity to be considered for a full-time associate position at our firm.

Requirement:

• Final semester student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Banking, or Finance from a reputable university

• Proactive and able to work independently, with strong and structured communication skills

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

• Strong interest in M&A, investment banking, and corporate finance advisory
