Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support ZTE Indonesias Nubia smartphone division. This role will drive talent strategy, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development in a fast-paced tech and sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals

  • Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and talent development

  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives

  • Provide HR insights and support organizational growth

  • Ensure compliance with labor law and HR policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of HR experience

  • Background in smartphone business is a must

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
