HR Administrator
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient human resources operations and supporting the growth of our company. Job Description:
Manage the recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, candidate selection, interviews, and coordination with relevant managers.
Prepare and maintain employee documents, including employment contracts, status changes, and other related paperwork.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including document administration, initial training, and feedback collection.
Maintain and update employee databases regularly.
Manage and monitor employee welfare programs, as well as assist in company event coordination.
Address employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and other issues.
Support employee performance evaluation and career development processes.
Perform general administrative tasks related to the HR department
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law, Psychology, Business Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience as an HR Administrator or in similar positions.
Understanding of fundamental HR management principles, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
Strong work ethics and ability to maintain employee information confidentiality.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Adaptability to change and ability to overcome challenges.
