HR Generalist

Qualifications
  • Have at least a Bachelors Degree (S1) or equivalent in Psychology/Management/Related fields
  • Certified Human Capital Supervisor and Training of Trainer (TOT) Level 3 is a plus
  • Experienced in using HRIS systems
  • Capable of designing and managing Learning Management System (LMS) classes
  • Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development
  • Skilled in conducting fast and accurate recruitment
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Able to act as a problem solver for HR and employee-related issues
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
  • Draft and update SOPs in line with internal needs and legal regulations
  • Organize and run internal training using the LMS platform
  • Handle HR data and employee records using the HRIS system
  • Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
  • Participate actively in employee training and development activities
