HR Intern
Job Responsibilities
As an HRGA Staff, you will play a key role in supporting both the human resources and general affairs functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Human Resources
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases.
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handling employee relations and addressing workplace issues.
- Supporting performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Coordinating HR-related events, such as team-building activities and training sessions
- Preparing and extending job offers and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
General Affairs
- Managing office supplies and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Supporting company events, meetings, and activities.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
