  • Make & conduct a timeline to set a new plant for operation

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department 

  • Responsible for legal and personnel administration, compensation, Payroll Information, Recruitment & assessment, Industrial & external relation, Performance Management & Organization Development, Mutations, demotions, and promotions Employee

  • Propose and manage the implementation of HR capacity cost budget

  • Manage the implementation of HR standards, governance, and overall flow in the HR business process

  • Develop and execute talent mapping strategies

  • Oversee the performance management system, including setting, monitoring, and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across departments
