HR Manager (urgent need)

Job Descriptions :

• Mainly handle HRGA job, such as company policy & regulation, manpower planning & employee development (training etc), employee performance evaluation, contract review, etc.
• Handle employee benefits updating BPJS Health & BPJSTK.
• Ensuring and evaluating the fulfillment of workforce needs, both in quantity and quality, so that they are in accordance with the goals and needs of the company.
• Manage, maintain & control all company assets and facilities including employee work facilities and infrastructure such as: cleanliness of work areas, building maintenance and operational head office or factory.
• Ensure that all personnel activities (such as: recruitment & selection, promotions, transfers, absences, leave, overtime, and others) are carried out properly.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law.
• Have similar experience in the HR & GA field for more than 5 years.
• Experienced in the Automotive industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Dynamic, adaptable, have good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience handle ISO 9001:2015.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta, Arteri Kebayoran Lama
• Can join ASAP
