HR Recruitment

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industries.

  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical roles such as engineers, project managers, site supervisors, etc.

  • Ability to assess candidates technical and cultural fit for field and office-based roles.

  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to work at head office.
